Angela and me have done a survey in class once. We wanted to know how many people have read books in general.

The survey's questions were the following:

1. Have you read Gabriel Marquez’s book?

• Yes
• No

In a population of nine people, the 88.8% answered “Yes”, then they have read Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s books.

And the 22.2% answered “No”

2. How many books of Colombian writer have you read?

• Yes
• No

The 77.8% of the people answered: They have read 3-5 books of Colombian writer.

The 12.2% of the people answered: They have read more than 5 books.

3. Have you heard about any of next books?

• Eleven minutes
• El Quijote de la Mancha
• One hundred years of loneliness

The 100% people answered: They have heard about El Quijote de la Mancha and One hundred years of loneliness.

And the 22.2% answered: They haven’t heard about Eleven Minutes.

4. Have you met any writer in person?

• Yes
• No

The 77.7% of the people have met some writers in person.

And the other 22.2% answered no.

5. Have you written any books?

• Yes
• No

The 100% of the people haven’t written any book

6. Have you read a comedy book?

• Never
• Sometimes

The 100% of the people haven’t read any a comedy book.

7. Have you read a biology book?

• Yes
• No

The 22.2% of the people have read a biology book.

And the 77.8% of the people haven’t read any biology book.

Colombia has a lot

Colombia has more Christmas traditions than Northern Ireland, so some of these traditions are the following:

• the children write a letter to God Child.
• the children and adult people play "The game of Aguinaldos", for example: Three Feet, Straw in Mouth, To Give and Not Get, but the most popular game of aguinaldo is "Yes and Not."
• the dinner in Christmas eve and gifts under the Christmas trees for the children. Sometimes the children receive their gifts at midnight, but some families do it the next morning.
• Custard, tamales,dessert of skins, lechona, sweet of early fig and fritters are traditionally eaten at Christmas.
• there are choirs where the children sing carols in the churches and the neigborhood's
  cribs.

Then You can go to 93 Park. It is the most beautiful place in Bogota this time. I have traveled to many Colombian cities: Medellin, Cartagena, Ibague, Barranquilla and Cali city, but I think Bogota has always been the most illuminated city in Colombia.

Although, Northern Irelandia is a beautiful city, too. The best activity in this city is skiing. Besides, there are so many wonderful things to do this Christmas in Northern Ireland, for example you can visit to Florence Court for a magical Christmas.

There are more Santa and Mrs. Claus in the Northern Ireland's malls than the Colombia's one.

The Colombia's local food is tastier than the Northern Ireland's one. Because, people make pies, soups, sandwiches, cakes, snacks and their typical hot chestnuts.


Northern Ireland is colder than Colombia because in december is winter in this country.

Also, it has a popular tradition: The candle in the window.

My favourite band is Greenday. It is an american band. The songs are about the members' life and socio-political aspects. They have been well-know since their album published in 2004, it called "American Idiot." People have bought 12 millions of that album around the worl anually.

Also, Greenday has been the first punk band to succeed globally. This group has performed in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Canada and other cities in Europe. Besides, the band has been nominated for the grammy awards three times and it won an award for the best rock album in 2005.

I have alway wanted to be a concert of them. It's great. My favourite songs are "Wake Me Up When Septembers Ends, American Idiot and Boulevard of Broken Dreams."

I have a lots of personal plans, one of them is going to study and work to form a family with my daughter and my girlfriend, besides, I'm going to I'm going to help to my parents and brothers, also I'm going to travel around the world, because I like to know new people, cultures, places and typical meals. I'm going to go to Walt Disney with my daughter, but, my principal personal plan is going to be with my daugter all time.
